Welcome to Hunnii Luxe Hair Co.!! Please review our store policies before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or hair care products.
Please ensure you select the correct product, length, texture, and color before completing your purchase. If you have questions, our customer service team is here to help.
Exceptions:
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery, with photos and your order number.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Custom or made-to-order wigs may take longer (typically 7–14 business days). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Policy

Domestic: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days (customs delays may occur)
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

4. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and can no longer make changes. For urgent concerns, email us at [your email] immediately after placing your order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Product Disclaimer
All hair products are 100% Raw/Virgin Human Hair. Hair textures may vary slightly from batch to batch. Proper care will ensure the longevity of your extensions or wig.
For best results, we recommend using sulfate-free products and following our hair care tips provided with your order.
